    Marisa has her license in Social Work (LSW) as well as her Associate License in Marriage and Family Therapy (LAMFT). She has years of experience supporting children and families in various settings, with a background in addictions, autism, anxiety and other mental health concerns. Marisa uses a client centered-approach while integrating art therapy techniques into her work, creating a warm and creative space for healing.

    Licensed Associate Counselor

    Ashley is a Licensed Associate Counselor (LAC) based in New Jersey with over seven years of experience supporting adults, young adults, and children. She specializes in helping individuals navigate difficult emotions, manage life transitions, strengthen relationships, and address mental health concerns such as anxiety and depression.

    Her clinical background includes working in inpatient and outpatient treatment settings, halfway houses, substance use facilities, and re-entry programs. Ashley practices from a person-centered approach, offering a safe, supportive, and empathetic environment where clients can explore personal growth and healing

    Licensed Associate Counselor

    Genna is a Licensed Associate Counselor (LAC) based in New Jersey with a master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling. She was drawn to the counseling field by a deep desire to support others on their journey toward healing and self-discovery. She’s a compassionate, client-centered professional dedicated to helping individuals navigate life’s challenges with confidence and resilience. Her approach is warm, collaborative, and focused on creating a safe space where clients feel heard and empowered.

    Kaydiane Richardson, LSW

    Kaydiane is a compassionate Licensed Social Worker in New Jersey and a Certified Mental Health Screener dedicated to support an individual during their most vulnerable moments. After earning a Master of Social Work degree through Stockton university’s advanced standing program in 2019, Kaydiane has focused on crisis intervention, advocacy, and connecting people to the resource they need to heal and thrive. Kaydiane is dedicated to fostering resilience and believes in the power of empathy, advocacy, and client -centered care to promote healing and stability. With a strong commitment to reducing barriers and empowering others. Kaydiane strives to make a meaningful difference in the lives of those navigating mental health challenges.

  • Genesis Guzman, LSW

    Genesis is a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Master Social Worker in the state of New Jersey, with experience supporting youth of all ages in navigating behavioral challenges and social-emotional development. With a strong foundation in evidence-based clinical interventions, Genesis specializes in helping youth build resilience, develop healthy coping strategies, and improve emotional regulation. Genesis creates a safe and supportive environment where each youth feels heard, understood, and empowered. Through her strengths-based approach she integrates play therapy, cognitive-behavioral techniques, mindfulness practices, and trauma-informed care to meet the unique needs of every youth and family. 

  • Shirley Joanis, LPC

    Shirley is a Professional Licensed Counselor in New Jersey as well as Pennsylvania. Shirley’s passion for helping others is what influenced her desire to pursue a career in mental health counseling. She earned a a bachelor’s degree in Human Development and Family Studies from The Pennsylvania State University, a master of science degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from Saint Joseph's University, and a master of education degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Springfield College. She has about 2 decades of experience providing clinical services, including individual and group psychotherapy, to culturally diverse population across the lifespan.  Clinically, Shirley works from a cognitive behavioral approach which focuses on promoting healthier thought and behavioral patterns as well as identifying coping strategies to ameliorate life challenges.
