Our Pre-Employment Transition Services (Pre-ETS) and Out of School Youth (OSY) programs are designed to help youth across NJ, especially those with disabilities or barriers to employment gain the confidence, training, and experience they need to succeed in today’s workforce.
Pre-Employment Transition Services
We partner with schools, families, and community organizations to provide services that prepare students with disabilities (ages 14–21) for life after high school.
Our Pre-ETS program focuses on:

Work-Based Learning Experiences – Offering hands-on opportunities and internships in real-world settings.
Workplace Readiness Training – Teaching professional skills, workplace etiquette, and communication.
Postsecondary Education Counseling – Guiding students toward college, trade schools, or certification programs.
Self-Advocacy & Independent Living Skills – Building confidence to make informed decisions about their futures.
