Intensive In Community Services
At Dreamchasers Community Services, we provide compassionate, family-centered mental health services to children, teens, and families throughout New Jersey. As an approved Children’s System of Care (CSOC) provider, we offer Intensive In-Community (IIC) therapy, Behavioral Assistance (BA), Mentoring, and BPS (Bio-Psychosocial) Assessments designed to support emotional, behavioral, and social well-being.
IIC and BA services are in-home services provided through a family’s involvement with the Care Management Organization (CMO) or Mobile Response & Stabilization Services (MRSS). They are short term services designed to help youth change behaviors, strengthen skills, and increase adaptive behaviors.
Our team of trained licensed clinicians and behavioral staff meet youth at home, in the community, or virtually, delivering care that is personalized, culturally sensitive, and strengths-based.

How To Obtain IIC Services
Step Two
Perform Care will authorize an IIC clinician to complete a Biopsychosocial (BPS) assessment or authorize Mobile Response & Stabilization Services (MRSS). You can request Dreamchasers Community Services to complete the BPS or to provide counseling services through MRSS.
Step Three
Care Management Organization (CMO) services will be authorized as determined by the BPS or further support after working with MRSS. You can request a therapist from Dreamchasers Community Services to work with your family.
